About Us
Ann Corigliano
Ann has over 20 years combined property/casualty agency, underwriting, brokerage and sales leadership experience. Prior to starting the 3C Agency, Ann facilitated the startup of a new captive P&C agency focused on sales, service, and claims for commercial and personal insurance lines. Ann also held various key positions within ADP’s Insurance Services Division in the launch of a Top-50 national agency insuring more than forty thousand clients. Ann holds a NJ Property, Casualty, Health and Life insurance producer license and various non-resident licenses. Ann is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Lauren Favetti
Lauren is a licensed NJ insurance producer and focuses on 3C’s Wholesale Workers’ Compensation program. Her professional career has entirely focused on finding solutions for small businesses. Prior to starting the 3C Agency, Lauren was a leader for ADP's Insurance Services Division. As the Director of Product Management, Lauren was responsible for the creation and development of the technology and integration platforms that currently support ADP's integrated payroll and workers' compensation product. Prior to assuming her role in ADP Insurance Services, Lauren held similar key positions in ADP's Small Business Services Division. Lauren is a graduate of City University of New York.
